Staying in the Beautiful Room was a mixed bag. The beautiful setting, with majestic trees and mountain views, was amazing. The kids loved the spacious grounds, complete with hammocks and a pool that, while not heated, was still nice to look at. The pet-friendly environment. On the downside, the room itself was very basic. It felt more like dormitory living than a hotel. The extractor fan in the bathroom buzzed annoyingly all night, along with the constant braying of a donkey outside. The shower setup was inconvenient as well!

Aye, the vibe here was mad chill, with dope views of the mountains. The staff was hella friendly, especially Monica-she hooked us up with drinks and a ride to the bus station. Our room was spacious, and I slept like a baby. Had a blast playin' Nintendo too!

The garden is lush with greenery.
The room felt stuffy, as the windows didn't open for ventilation, and the tiny fan provided barely helped. To top it off, the bathroom faucet was a baffling push-button design.

The lush gardens and mountain views create a peaceful atmosphere. Spacious grounds include hammocks and an outdoor swimming pool.
The bathroom faucet design is a frustrating push-button style, complicating basic tasks like washing hands or faces. A lack of ventilation in the room. The provided fan was inadequate. The bar plays loud music during the day, which can be overwhelming if you're seeking peace after a long day. The gym is quite basic and in need of improvements.

The setting was gorgeous, surrounded by lush gardens and amazing views of the mountains. I was there for a short getaway to explore the local attractions like the Ex Convento, which is just a brief walk away. I appreciated the simple yet good breakfast that got my day started nicely. Although the bar playing music during the day could be a bit overwhelming if you're looking for quiet, the atmosphere was still enjoyable.

The breakfast was somewhat acceptable, but woudl ve been much better as a buffet. The constant bathroom fan noise and a braying donkey outside made it hard to enjoy. I was expecting a complimentary gesture for all this, but alas, just another disappointment.

The views from the pool are stunning and the facilities are well-maintained. the restaurant served delicious and authentic food, including amazing pizzas, with a great selection of music. We also enjoyed the large outdoor spaces, perfect for kids to play and run around in the fresh air.
Breakfast was limited and not served early enough for families with young children. the rooms lacked amenities like a TV and air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during hot weather.

We had an very nice stay at this hotel. The facilities were amazing - from the spacious rooms to the pool with fine views of the mountains. The staff was helpful, from providing drinking water at all times to arranging transportation. the location made it very easy to take a taxi anywhere we needed to go.
Nothing to fault.
